Awards program

Celebrating the best in the business.

Every year, the association honors member companies across sixteen categories — from safety leadership to community impact. Nominations come from the public; recognition is earned, never purchased. Every winner receives an official award badge to display on their website.

How it works

Nominate

Anyone can nominate — customers, employees, or the companies themselves. Nominations are open from January through September.

Review

A rotating committee of member operators reviews each nomination against the category criteria, with verified badge status factored in.

Celebrate

Winners are announced each November and featured here, in the member directory, and in the association's year-end publication.

Sixteen awards, one standard: excellence.

Member of the Year

The one member company that best represents what the association stands for: professionalism, reliability, and a genuine love of the craft.

Best Customer Experience

For operators who turn a simple rental into an effortless experience — clear communication, on-time setup, and spotless pickup.

Best Newcomer

Open to member companies in their first two years of membership. We look for momentum, polish, and promise.

Safety Leader of the Year

Recognizes the member with the strongest record of training, inspection discipline, and public safety advocacy.

Community Impact Award

For members who give back — fundraisers, school events, hospital visits, and quiet generosity that never asks for a receipt.

Innovation Award

Celebrates new ideas in fleet design, booking, operations, or customer care that move the whole industry forward.

Best Water Slide Fleet

For the member with the most impressive water slide lineup — size, variety, condition, and the smiles-per-gallon ratio.

Best Combo Units

Recognizes the strongest collection of bounce-and-slide combos, the hardest-working units in any rental fleet.

Best Obstacle Courses

For operators whose obstacle courses steal the show at field days, corporate events, and backyard showdowns.

Best Corporate & Large Events

For members who handle the big leagues — company picnics, festivals, and multi-unit events executed flawlessly.

Best Special Attractions

Celebrating members who go beyond bounce houses — mechanical bulls, rock walls, trackless trains, and more.

Cleanliness Excellence Award

For the member whose units arrive spotless every single time — verified through inspections and customer feedback.

Best Website & Online Presence

For the member with the clearest website, smoothest booking experience, and strongest reviews presence online.

Rising Star Award

For the up-and-coming member company everyone in the industry is watching — rapid growth done right.

Best Value Award

For members who prove that fair pricing and great service are not mutually exclusive.

Lifetime Achievement Award

Our highest honor — for a career spent raising the bar for the entire inflatable rental industry.
